Dr. Raphael is a board certified internal medicine specialist and is licensed as a Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME) in California. Her unbiased Agreed Medical Evaluation (AME) and QME reports provide substantial medical opinions based on a thorough understanding of the California labor code. She handles SIBTF evaluations at her Kensington, CA office.
